Employee Benefits Producer
We are currently interviewing possible candidates for an Employee Benefits Producer, based in Orange, CA.
The company: Brown & Brown of California has over 150 offices in over 32 states.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Fact find and analyze prospects’ needs, goals, and current programs
- Solicit Broker of Record; collect current program data
- Review/confirm/document client expectations
- Effect changes in coverage as appropriate
- Prepare marketing strategy and direct marketing activities
- Refer Property & Casualty leads to Sales Manager
- Maintain productions reports and attend required sales meetings
- Keep informed of industry developments
- Develop and maintain relationships with approved carriers
Requirements:
- Four year college degree
- Must have at least a minimum of 4 years experience in Employee Benefits
- Must be Microsoft Word and Excel literate; AMS knowledge a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competitively driven
